On on Saturday, May 16 I got the opportunity to attend Southeast Michigan’s first indie book fest hosted by The Wandering Librarian! The book festival was held at the Knights of Columbus in Monroe, Michigan for the day. The festival hosted independent authors from all genres, book vendors, and local food trucks.
I had such a great time at this event! Thank you again to Hope at The Wandering Librarian for hosting this event to highlight indie authors and small businesses. I am so grateful for all of the people who visited my table, chatted with me, and purchased a book! Here are some snippets of the event I snapped pics of during the day:
It was fun to connect with authors and readers all day, as I can never get tired of talking about books. This book makes me so proud, and it means so much to me to be able to share my stories with other readers.
